- Eligibility for Payouts -
Imlive.com Sign-ups -
- The campaign runs from April 1st 2013 (00:00 EST) to June 30th, 2013 (23:59 EST). ("campaign period")
- On the per sign-up program of Pussycash.com for ImLive.com sign-ups, Webmasters who meet their target (as calculated in section C below) are eligible to receive the following bonuses per legitimate unique paid web, tablet or mobile device sign-up, brought to the sites each Month, above and beyond their monthly target:
- $150 for the first ten (10) legitimate unique paid sign-ups over and above their target brought to ImLive.com during each month of the campaign period
- $225 for the eleventh (11) through twentieth (20) legitimate unique paid sign-ups over and above their target brought to ImLive.com during each month of the campaign period
- $300 for the twenty-first (21) and above legitimate unique paid sign-ups ups over and above their target brought to ImLive.com during each month of the campaign period
- Legitimate unique paid signup will be defined at PussyCash's sole discretion.
- Target calculation is based on 70% of legitimate unique paid sign ups, brought to the system during a Webmaster's top earning top month of 2013 on ImLive.com/Sexier.com platforms. Webmasters that didn't send traffic during 2013, but brought at least 8 Sign ups during their best month in 2012 will have their target for the campaign set at 70% of that month (Best earning month in 2012)
- A Webmaster's top earning pay period of 2012 will be calculated at the sole discretion of PussyCash.
- Webmasters who joined PussyCash on or after April 1st 2013, or brought = 7 sign-ups during their top month in 2012, will be eligible to receive a payout of $100 per legitimate unique paid sign-up and $200 per legitimate unique paid sign-up over and above their target, with the minimum target being set at two (2) legitimate unique paid sign ups. After this target will be reached these eligible Webmasters will receive a new target so they will be able to participate in the remain campaign period months as veteran Webmasters.
- Webmasters who have not reached their target, will be eligible to receive a payout of $100 per legitimate unique paid sign-up brought to the sites, during the campaign period.
- Webmasters that are ineligible to participate in affiliate promotions, will receive their regular payment for every sign-up, and will not be eligible to receive and/or participate in this special promotion payment.
- In This campaign "Sign-ups sent" count might include null signups, which will not be considered towards your campaign target. Null signups will be removed from your "Sign-ups sent" count on a daily basis where applicable.
- Bonuses for eligible webmasters will be added to pay period earnings on: May 1st , 2013; June 1, 2013; July 1, 2013 respectively.
General
- Pussycash has the sole discretion to change the dates, definitions, the payment and rules of this campaign at any time, including but not limited to disqualify Webmasters from this campaign due to fraudulent activity, or any violation of the Pussycash acceptable usage policy and you agree that you shall not be entitled to any compensation in such cases.
- Pussycash reserves the right to revoke any bonuses in the event of a system error and/or illegitimate actions.
- Chat traffic is not eligible to the campaign bonus payouts.
- Traffic generated by promoting the site brand names (such as ImLive, Im Live, iamlive, I am live, etc.) and misspellings thereof, through Pay Per Click search campaigns, for instance in Google, Bing and Yahoo - is not eligible for the campaign bonus payouts. This includes keywords appearing in ad text, and keywords used as a 'trigger' to display the affiliate ads.
- Multiple Accounts - in the case that a webmaster has multiple accounts, Pussycash reserves the right to compare the accumulated number of paying sign-ups that the webmaster sent through all of his accounts in recent past pay periods to determine the webmaster's sign-up target and eligibility to earn the special payments offered during the campaign period.
