During the last few weeks we have been working day and night in order to adjust to the new demands of 2257.

The main idea that has guided us is finding the right balance between all of the elements and players in the giant PussyCash system.  Our considerations include the privacy and security of over 10,000 hosts and the marketing needs of our affiliates – all within a reality in which our content providers had to handle all of the implications of 2257 for themselves, their materials and their models while being asked by us to allow us to forward 2257 records to our affiliates.

Unlike other sites not willing to deal with providing 2257 records to affiliates we are going to make sure our affiliates can give the best pitch to potential sign-ups.  We – PussyCash, ImLive.com, WildMatch.com, Sexier.com, the 6Buck network and all of our other sites – and you – our affiliates – will be even more competitive than in the past. 

To this end, although much of the promotional material on PussyCash is already non-sexually explicit, we have prepared a large new wave of promotional materials (banners, galleries, free contents and more) – including sexually explicit materials - which we will provide to you. 

For your convenience we tell you below the main principles, practices and instructions for acting as a result of the changes made due to the recent amendments to 2257:

1. PussyCash gives 2257 records to affiliates
1. We are able to and will provide 2257 records on part of the creative materials.
2. Each creative item for which 2257 records are available shall have the words '2257 available' next to it.
3. Each affiliate is invited to apply for approval to receive 2257 records at the relevant locations on the site.
4. Each application will be examined and PussyCash reserves the right to approve or not approve any application.  But generally affiliates who have already received a check from us will be approved.  Other affiliates should use non-sexually explicit materials for the time being.
5. If you are approved to access 2257 records, we will make the records available in automatic form by a link placed next to the relevant creative material.

1. For creative materials including our hosts' 2257 records.
2. Other materials not designated '2257 available'.
3. What is 'sexually explicit'
1. PussyCash will not determine what is and what is not sexually explicit and cannot be responsible for making that call for our affiliates.
2. We recommend checking with a lawyer regarding 2257's application to your site including regarding this issue.
3. Although we believe that all of the creative materials for which we will provide 2257 records are sexually explicit, it doesn't mean that other materials on the site are not sexually explicit.  In respect of materials including hosts we know that some of it is sexually explicit but we are not willing to provide 2257 records on our hosts.  Please note that despite this the majority of such content is not sexually explicit.
4. What does 2257 say about 'sexually explicit'? The full term is "actual sexually explicit conduct".  For purposes of 2257 this means "actual:

                                                               i.      sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;

                                                             ii.      bestiality;

                                                            iii.      masturbation; or

                                                           iv.      sadistic or masochistic abuse."

4. Status of creative materials: The site has been thoroughly updated for the new 2257 regulations and in many places we changed the creative materials.  All of the materials have been reviewed and wherever we have indicated that 2257 is available – we can provide the same records given to us by the third party content provider and with the provider's approval.  Since we receive the records from third parties, we take no responsibility for the accuracy, genuineness or completeness of the records we give you. 
5. Creative Materials – What to do: The following are the rules for all of the types of creative materials available in PussyCash and an explanation of the practice in respect of each type:
1. 'Adult banners':

                                                               i.      Adult banners include a variety of images and other creative materials and can be easily used.  They are always hosted by you on your site.

                                                             ii.      You can find these adult banners under the subtitle 'adult banners' for ImLive promotional materials and 'banners' for the other promoted sites.  Banners are available for all of the sites we promote. 

                                                            iii.      We will now provide 2257 records for many of the banners.

                                                           iv.      Most of the adult banners are anyway not sexually explicit.

                                                             v.      To-Do: If you took a banner in the past which is sexually explicit, you need to replace it with one of the new banners now on our site.  2257 records are available for many of those banners.

2. 'Mainstream banners':

                                                               i.      You can find these mainstream banners only in the ImLive promotional materials under the subtitle 'mainstream banners'.

                                                             ii.      These banners are not sexually explicit, and therefore, no changes have been made by us and no changes are necessary on your side.

                                                            iii.      To-Do: Nothing.

3. Build your own Banner - 'BYOB'

                                                               i.      This is a promotional tool that allows you to combine creative materials including specific ImLive host images, your own text, colors etc. in a banner in order to promote the same host who appears in the image.  The link from the banner goes straight to the host's profile.

                                                             ii.      You can find this under 'BYOB' subtitle which is found only in ImLive's zone on the site.

                                                            iii.      You will not be able to obtain 2257 records for these materials since we do not provide records regarding our hosts.  But most of the materials provided by our hosts is not sexually explicit.

                                                           iv.      To-Do: Where an affiliate requires 2257 records for sexually explicit materials appearing on their sites, we recommend that he use banners including only non-sexually explicit materials.

4. Build your own Gallery - 'BYOG'

                                                               i.      This is a promotional tool that allows you to take creative materials to create your own gallery including personal touches such as templates, texts, images/gifs, and colors. 

                                                             ii.      You can find this among the promotional materials (under subtitle BYOG) of the zones of all of the sites promoted by us.

                                                            iii.      All of the BYOG content was replaced with pictures for which we can give you 2257.

                                                           iv.      To-Do: If we are hosting a particular gallery for you, i.e., you have only a link to the gallery on your site, you do not need to do anything on your end as the link will now feed you new non-sexually explicit material by tomorrow the 23^rd.

                                                             v.      To-Do: If you are hosting a particular gallery (because you took html code which feeds from our site or you copied the gallery onto your site) you will need to replace it with one of the new galleries which are available on the site.   

5. Build Your Own Tour - 'BYOT'

                                                               i.      PussyCash has created this tool in order to enable you to create customized materials to promote ImLive.  You can use images of ImLive hosts, special templates, and your own texts, colors, headers and footers.

                                                             ii.      BYOT is found in the ImLive zone only on the site. 

                                                            iii.      Due to the fact the BYOT features ImLive hosts you will not receive 2257 documentation.

                                                           iv.      To-Do:

1.      If you require 2257 records, we recommend that you replace any sexually explicit images you have taken with non-sexually explicit images that can be found in the BYOT tool.

2.      If you have uploaded any sexually explicit materials to the header or the footer you must replace it with non-sexually explicit material, otherwise we will remove it.

6. Free Hosted Galleries

                                                               i.      We have created thousands of free hosted galleries that you can use to promote any of our sites.

                                                             ii.      You can find the free hosted galleries – under the subtitle 'galleries' – for all of the sites promoted by PussyCash.

                                                            iii.      PussyCash has made many changes in these galleries for 2257 in order to be able to provide you with 2257 records and to make as little work for you as reasonably possible.  We have added many galleries for which we can provide 2257 records.

                                                           iv.      To-do: Where you have taken a free hosted gallery onto your site (by taking a link) for which we cannot give you 2257 records, we have redirected the link to non-sexually explicit materials.  This goes into effect on June 23.  In the future if an affiliate wishes to replace this non-sexually explicit material, you can come to the site and take a different gallery.

                                                             v.      To-do: If you have taken materials from these galleries and you have taken html code or simply copied the galleries, you need to replace it with one of the galleries now appearing on the site.

7. Free Hosted Video Galleries

                                                               i.      This material was created to help you promote ImLive and it features short video clips of ImLive hosts in hosted gallery templates.

                                                             ii.      You can find this under Video Galleries in the ImLive zone on Pussycash.

                                                            iii.      These video galleries contain sexually explicit materials created by ImLive hosts and we cannot give 2257 records that we hold.

                                                           iv.      To-Do: If you require 2257 records for sexually explicit materials on your site, then we recommend that you replace these with free hosted galleries. 

8. Realtime Banners

                                                               i.      This tool is created to give you the ability to feature on your site images of ImLive hosts who are actually live at the same time.

                                                             ii.      These are located in the ImLive zone only.

                                                            iii.      Because these feature our hosts we do not provide 2257 records for this feature.

                                                           iv.      To-Do: Beginning tomorrow June 23 all of the realtime banners located on your site currently will begin to host non-sexually explicit materials.  You do not have to act in respect of these materials.

                                                             v.      To-Do: Please note that in the coming days you will have two types of realtime banners to choose from on the site – sexually explicit and non-sexually explicit banners.  Again, we will not provide 2257 records.

9. Full Page Ads

                                                               i.      These are huge creative materials providing you with the ability to promote PussyCash sites in a big way.  This can be used as a home page or inside page on any domain you choose.   It can also be used as an exit.

                                                             ii.      This is available for each of the sites and appears for each site under the subtitle 'full page ads'.

                                                          iii.      Matching and Content Site Ads:

1.      For these ads 2257 records will be available where indicated next to the same ad on the site.

2.      To-Do: You need to replace current ads on your site which are sexually explicit with any of the new ones on PussyCash and you can get 2257 records for many of them.

                                                           iv.      ImLive Full Page Ads

1.      To-Do: Full Page Ads Not Including Our Hosts - Some of the full page ads do not include our hosts.  2257 records will be available where indicated next to the same ad on the site.

2.      To-Do: Full Page Ads Including Our Hosts – For the ads (including real time versions) which do include our hosts, we cannot provide 2257 records.  If you require 2257 records, we recommend that you take non-sexually explicit ads which we have made available.  (We have not yet made available a non-sexually explicit real time version but we do plan to do so and will keep you updated.)

10. Pop-ups

                                                               i.      Pop-ups created by PussyCash give you the ability to sell on exit from your site or an independent creative marketing method.

                                                             ii.      You can find it in the subtitle 'pop-ups' in the zones of each of the PussyCash promoted sites.

                                                            iii.      We will now provide 2257 records for many of the sexually explicit pop-ups.

                                                           iv.      Most of the pop-ups are anyway not sexually explicit.

                                                             v.      To-Do: If you took a pop-up in the past, you need to replace sexually explicit pop-ups that you host on your site, with the pop-ups now on our site.  2257 records will be available for many of those pop-ups.

11. Text links – no changes…
12. Hall of Fame

                                                               i.      This is a creative featuring the top 100 ImLive hosts. 

                                                             ii.      You can find it under 'hall of fame' in the ImLive zone on PussyCash.

                                                            iii.      We will not provide 2257 records since this features our hosts.

                                                           iv.      You can also find hall of fame creative which is not sexually explicit.

                                                             v.      To-Do: If you do require 2257, we recommend replacing sexually explicit creative with non-sexually explicit creative.

13. Co-brand

                                                               i.      This gives you the option to use your logo on ImLive whenever your sign-ups visit our site.

                                                             ii.      To-Do: If you have uploaded a logo containing sexually explicit material remove it or we will remove it.

14. Integration

                                                               i.      The integration enables you to feature ImLive on your domain.  ImLive is featured within a frame on your site.

                                                             ii.      The integration features ImLive hosts, and therefore, we cannot provide 2257 records.

                                                            iii.      To-Do: If you require 2257 records for sexually explicit materials, we recommend you to remove it.

15. Free Content

                                                               i.      This is tens of thousands of photos from our third party content providers that you can use to create your own promotional materials.

                                                             ii.      You can find it for each of the promoted sites.

                                                            iii.      You can receive 2257 documentation.

                                                           iv.      To-Do: Please make sure that the free content that you are using now is available on PussyCash now. If not please replace with available content.
